From 10 May to 10 July 2024 he served in the [[25th Congress\|25th House of Representatives]] as an independent, and authored the Illicit Renting Act with the help of [[Dragon Law Firm]]. In June 2024, during his congressional term, he successfully ran in the [[June 2024 Aventura mayoral election]] with [[AnimeInc]] as a member of the GER, becoming the town's first socialist mayor.
