In the Commonwealth of Redmont, plots are usually given a name that begins with the zoning type followed by a number, e.g. c034. They function as addresses and the command /gps start <plot name> creates a compass that leads the user to the plot.

==== cbd plots ====
Nearby spawn are plots known as "cbd" plots (short for Central Business District). They function as commercial plots and have some more limitations than normal C plots. Many of the cbd plots were pre-built using creative mode. Plot name example: cbd001.

==== c plots ====
A "c" plot is a commercial plot. Only businesses, offices, apartment buildings and other types of commercial use are allowed on c plots and have a height limit of 60 blocks unless given an exception by the DCT. Agriculture is allowed if it is invisible. An "r" plot is a residential plot. Construction on these plots are limited to houses with a maximum of three visible stories and agriculture is not permitted on them. Plot name example: r001.<ref name=":0" /> r plots are located in the Bondi Beach area.

==== s plots ====
An "s" plot is a skyscraper plot. It functions the same as a c plot with a different height limitation (it must be taller than 60 blocks and 200 blocks or less). <ref name=":0" /> Plot name example: s001. They are all located on the South Island.
