The institute was founded on 1 January 2024 by [[RylandW]]. The STAMBA Gallery of Fine Arts was added to the museum on 3 March 2024. On 18 May 2024, major remodels were announced. The [[Masked Decimal System]] was created there the following day.

From 31 July to 5 August 2024, c452 was closed due to the [[Oakridgeitus]] pandemic, a roleplay event.

The museum, although having no official name, includes the STAMBA Gallery of Fine Arts and the [[Towloo]] Collection, in addition to many other artifacts. The Library of Redmont contains over 130 unique pieces of literature and was formerly operated by the [[Diamond Foundation]] at Diamond Center 1 with the name ''Ryland Library''. [[Mask3D_WOLF]] created the Masked Decimal System specifically for the Library of Redmont on 19 May 2024.
