The Public Defender Program was created on 20 December 2021 following President [[218218Consumer]]'s assent to the Modern Legal Board Act. The Program as seen today is Constitutionally-established and is run by the Supreme Court of Redmont, which appoints a Public Defender Director (PDD) to manage the program.
