Westray ran in the October 2020 presidential election — the first presidential election in Redmontian history — uncontested, with Doxxx_ as his running mate. Westray's [[Westray October 2020 presidential campaign|campaign]] was an independent one, running with no political party.

Westray was confirmed president, with 53 of the 60 votes cast being done so in his favour, versus the seven votes that did not.
