A player can get an ear infection by getting water into their ears. This only happens when a player starts to drown when swimming under water.

The main cure for an Ear Infection is Amoxicillin, which [[Doctor|Doctors]] can make by brewing a Red Mushroom and 3 Simple Cultures into 3 Penicillium Cultures, then turning the Penicillium Cultures into Amoxicillin.
