== Accomplishments ==
During AnimeInc's term as Mayor the Districts of Falkenberg (German-themed village in southern Aventura), Elysian Fields (European-themed mixed commercial and residential zone in northeastern Aventura) and Newport (British themed riding area, green space and diving spot) were constructed and pasted. The revenue of the new plots amounts to roughly $700k. Several events have also taken place, such as a town hall, hide and seek, the Oakridge War peace deal, a HoR debate and an art event. A new and more extensive bus system has also been introduced. Lastly, an Aventura Town Museum has also been opened, giving information about previous administrations and events.
