Under His term the AZZAM and COMET Yachts were pasted, generating a lot of revenue to the Town after its budget was mysteriously reduced from $2 Million to $75k under Dragons1ayer's term. After Katto's term ended, CopTop_YT won the next election by default because no other campaign was valid. Under CopTop_YT, Southern Aventura got a large paste where a new Town Hall was constructed under the request of the DOS. In the [[February 2025 Aventura mayoral Election]] the WPR-Candidate RylandW won initially, but his ticket was quickly declared invalid by the DOS and DOJ, due to his Deputy Mayor Sleepi_Sloth's Join date. The Supreme Court placed the previous Administration in power temporarily until the legal procedure was over. The Supreme Court decided after a month to call a re-election, which AnimeInc and his Deputy Mayor Katto won. Under AnimeInc's term several new districts, many auctions, events, a new bus system and a town museum were opened. His term is as of writing this article still ongoing.

			Two NPCs roam the streets of Aventura, those being Larry the Fisher at Aventura Spawn who can trade money for fish, Tim being a robbable NPC in the old Aventura Metro, and Vivian, a fisher at the Aventura Park who can be robbed and duelled with.

			Aventura also includes several diving spots, like the Newport Lagoon, the wreckage of the RMS Ventura sunk by a Klondike Submarine, and smaller diving spots throughout the town. Aventura also includes a large horse race track in its' Newport District in the far north. There is also the Sandcastle, a large event and culture centre constructed under LilDigiVert.
