Greenmont was founded in the April of 2024 by SpaceHombre and DK3458 after they agreed to found a [[Barren Valley|settlement]] at a small complex of SpaceHombre's buildings east of Central Flats Airstrip.

Greenmont grew, building a new "capital city" farther east. Unfortunately, they had conflicts with local groups such as the 1008 Mafia and Anderella (later the [[Central Flats Merchant Republic]]). After both groups mostly disappeared, Greenmont existed in peace until Nebrasken64, a longtime resident of Anderella, forced Greenmont out of the region. They built a new settlement near Geographe Airstrip and disbanded on January 27th, 2026.

Looking to build a road from Central Flats to Victoria Forest, another Redi-Aide was founded nearby, and people settled there, creating Anderella. Among other buildings, a large mob farm was built. One of these settlers, .CostcoRep2439, created hostile relations with the 1008er Mafia, which was headquartered nearby, resulting in devastating raids in May by the mafia, which caused the town to be abandoned. Anderella has been completely wiped out, aside from voidOwO living in his small house. Anderella has had a long history of being destroyed, being lava-casted multiple times by the 1008ers, and even though it miraculously survived those, ko531, not a member of the 1008ers, dealt the final blow, completely wiping Anderella of its past self, claiming "it didn't look good in front of his house". Anderella lives on in the minds of its past inhabitants, constantly replaying the same troubles they went through in voidOwO's mind whenever he goes to his house. However, the city has had a great successor, [[San Mateo]], also made by .CostcoRep2439. voidOwO has made buildings in San Mateo, including his own shop called Void's Snacks, and a greenhouse that grows vanilla. The city is where the [[CFMR]] (Central Flats Merchant Republic) was founded, a republic owning multiple cities, such as Anderella, Havenvalley (another destroyed city made by Costco), and San Mateo, the only successful one. As a matter of fact, voidOwO is the Vice President of the CFMR and San Mateo, and you can commonly see him in chat saying "I a m V e e p".

The Provisional Government of Greenmont, also referred to in treaties with the [[CFMR]] as the Empire of Greenmont, is a provisional government for the self Greenmont ([[Barren Valley]] and Magnopolis collectively) with no constitution or legislature. Its original leader was DK3458, but SpaceHombre has assumed leadership of Greenmont because of DK3458's inactivity. Despite the title "Empire", it has not engaged in any imperialist practices. It was formed around May of 2024.

SpaceHombre had built some offices and stores in the Barren Valley area ([[Barren Valley|click here for more information]]) and eventually wanted to build a governed town. He referred to it as a country, and DK3458, who he had recently met while being treated at a hospital, expressed his desire to join it if he were to have a ruling position. The self-proclaimed nation was formed, and apartments were constructed for people to live in. DocTheory eventually moved in and built a new capital city called Magnopolis. During this time, they experienced frequent conflicts with the [[CFMR]] (known as the APU at the time) for numerous reasons, most of which were found ridiculous by Greenmont.

Mr_Penguin5665 moved in later and was helpful in Greenmont. He initially resided in Barren Valley but moved to Magnopolis.

After some time, DocTheory and Mr_Penguin5665 quit the server, and DK3458 mysteriously disappeared from the server as well (he became more active later). Greenmont suffered some cases of major griefing after that, and many residents stopped playing as they were either deported players who needed shelter, or new players (who often do not continue to play the server). Greenmont eventually lost all of its active residents, with SpaceHombre being the last remaining contributor to the town. He protected the town through griefing and made deals with the CFMR and 1008er Mafia to keep it intact despite its lack of residents.

MoonKnightZX and sml128 and some others came to Greenmont seeking to help lead it. They helped him construct a building and moved into the town. Unfortunately, a conflict occured with Alexthelillion of the 1008er Mafia that caused griefing. After repairs, CopTop_YT, accompanied by Earth_Demon101. came to Barren Valley and destroyed it again.

The Central Flats Merchant Republic, also known as the CFMR, was a largely unrecognized self-proclaimed country that formed in the Wilderness, with most of its activities taking place southwest of Central Flats Airstrip. It was the successor to the APU, which was headquartered in [[Anderella]], and replaced when Haven Valley began to grow. It was dissolved after conflicts within its government led to [[San Mateo]] being abandoned, and the residents of it moving to a new location. Towns within it included [[Anderella]], [[Haven Valley]], [[San Mateo]] and Seaholm. It was led mostly by .CostcoRep2439 who built its significant towns.

The Sixth Rylands were held on December 14th, 2024, at 1AM UTC time. They were originally going to be held at the Swan River Amphitheater, but chaotic violence at the planned venue resulted in the awards being announced in Discord. RylandW hosted the event and explained a project called Ivy University which he had been working on for a few months which would "educate Redmontians with a high standard", and announced that the [[Redmont Historical Institute|RHI]] would move its headquarters.

The Central Flats Merchant Republic, also known as the CFMR, was a largely unrecognized country that formed in the Wilderness, with most of its activities taking place southwest of Central Flats Airstrip. It was constantly at war with the 1008 Mafia, and experienced conflicts with GER and [[Provisional Government of Greenmont|Greenmont]] as well. It was the successor to the APU, which was headquartered in [[Anderella]], and replaced when Haven Valley began to grow. It was dissolved after conflicts within the government led to [[San Mateo]] being abandoned, and the residents of it moving to a new location. Towns within it included [[Anderella]], [[Haven Valley]], [[San Mateo]] and Seaholm. It was led mostly by .CostcoRep2439 who built its significant towns.

.CostcoRep2439 announced that he would write a new constitution for [[Anderella]] and its neighboring municipality, [[Haven Valley]]. Once it was finished, they experienced some conflicts with Greenmont over logging rights and one to "prevent the spread of communism".

The Central Flats Merchant Republic ended due to the resignation of lcn as Grand Judge following the Bardiya_King v. SpaceHombre had built some offices and stores in the Barren Valley area ([[Barren Valley|click here for more information]]) and eventually wanted to build a governed town. He referred to it as a country, and DK3458, who he had recently met while being treated at a hospital, expressed his desire to join it if he were to have a ruling position. The nation was formed, and apartments were constructed for people to live in. DocTheory eventually moved in and built a new capital city called Magnopolis. During this time, they experienced frequent conflicts with the [[CFMR]] (known as the APU at the time) for numerous reasons, most of which were found ridiculous by Greenmont.

Mr_Penguin5665 moved in later and was helpful in Greenmont. He initially resided in Barren Valley but moved to Magnopolis.

After some time, DocTheory and Mr_Penguin5665 quit the server, and DK3458 mysteriously disappeared from the server as well (he became more active later). Greenmont suffered some cases of major griefing after that, and many residents stopped playing as they were either deported players who needed shelter, or new players (who often do not continue to play the server). Greenmont eventually lost all of its active residents, with SpaceHombre being the last remaining contributor to the town. He protected the town through griefing and made deals with the CFMR and 1008er Mafia to keep it intact despite its lack of residents.

==== Brief rise ====
MoonKnightZX and sml128 and some others came to Greenmont seeking to help lead it. They helped him construct a building and moved into the town. Unfortunately, a conflict occured with Alexthelillion of the 1008er Mafia that caused griefing. After repairs, CopTop_YT, accompanied by Earth_Demon101. came to Barren Valley and destroyed it again.

Greenmont is not an active place anymore, without any residents; however, parts of it have been claimed, and SpaceHombre is planning to claim Barren Valley, as well as other pieces of land to build profitable industries and a new capital city. It became the unofficial capital of the CFMR where government meetings took place. After some time, Bardiya_King began participation in CFMR government as the DoS Secretary. .CostcoRep2439 became suspicious of Bardiya_King and raided his offices. Bardiya_King stayed in office; however, following government-unrelated dispute, Bardiya_King was fired, and ordered to leave the country. Following this event the town began to collapse, ending with the Bardiya_King v. CFMR court case which was the turning point that led to the dissolution of the CFMR and short-term dissolution of San Mateo. The dissolution was then canceled the following day. A new government was appointed following the canceled dissolution (list located below)

Following this, the town was quiet for a period of 36 hours. Following the 36 hours, another hostile takeover occurred when Bardiya_King went to .CostcoRep2439 to receive the new town charter. .CostcoRep2439 and others began to overthrow tusk2510 and Bardiya_King. This led to the San Mateo Confinement War that resulted in many losses of life. * Bob Tower: Built shortly after the formation of San Mateo, Bob Tower contained a courthouse as well as some offices. It was 7 stories tall.

* "The gas station": A gas station built on land claimed by Xylight.
* Costco Wholesale: A large store was constructed while San Mateo flourished.

Anderella

Anderella was a city in the wilderness, part of the APU. It was founded in April of 2024. It has survived multiple occasions on being griefed by the 1008ers, or commonly known by some people as "The Mafia"; however, it was finally destroyed after multiple griefing operations. The city was founded by .CostcoRep2439, as a small town for him and two other people, namely Splatcat, and Remulak who wasn't as active. Almost all images of the city before or while it was griefed have been lost, or are deep within some people's files.

The city, as a matter of fact, actually still has one inhabitant, voidOwO. He lives on his small house with his two dogs and farm, next to the past center of the city.

No, it ''was'' supposed to be a house for another person, according to voidOwO, he built it for Cmike8, but he left the server the day voidOwO finished it. Cmike8 hasn't logged on the server ever since.

Costco Wholesale has had the biggest history of the shops, being "have to stay destroyed" because the name was too similar to a shop made a long time ago called Costco. It has been repaired multiple times, containing a food court that sold hot dogs and hamburgers.

Anderella has been completely wiped out, aside from voidOwO living in his small house. Anderella has had a long history of being destroyed, being lava-casted multiple times by the 1008ers, and even though it miraculously survived those, ko531, not a member of the 1008ers, dealt the final blow, completely wiping Anderella of its past self, claiming "it didn't look good in front of his house". Anderella lives on in the minds of its past inhabitants, constantly replaying the same troubles they went through in voidOwO's mind whenever he goes to his house. However, the city has had a great successor, [[San Mateo]], also made by .CostcoRep2439. voidOwO has made buildings in San Mateo, including his own shop called Void's Snacks, and a greenhouse that grows vanilla. The city is where the [[CFMR]] (Central Flats Merchant Republic) was founded, a republic owning multiple cities, such as Anderella, Havenvalley (another destroyed city made by Costco), and San Mateo, the only successful one. As a matter of fact, voidOwO is the Vice President of the CFMR and San Mateo, and you can commonly see him in chat saying "I a m V e e p".

Barren Valley is a town in the Wilderness located east of Central Flats Airstrip. It previously housed about 5 people, but a combination of griefing and players quitting the server has dropped it. It currently does not have any residents, but it is undergoing a renovation project to raise population.

It has been griefed numerous times, by the 1008er Mafia, the [[CFMR]], the APU, and by tusk2510 and Bardiya_King. As of September 15th, 2024, it is in the first stages of a project to renovate the town by claiming it, replacing some of its buildings, and creating an industrial area.

SpaceHombre, in April 2024, a relatively new player at the time, came across [[Central Road]] in the Wilderness and came to what used to be a dark oak forest (it had been completely deforested). He also noticed that replanting efforts were unsuccessful because saplings were being planted in a singular fashion as opposed to the required 2x2 square to grow a dark oak tree. He built a small house with an exhibit inside explaining how to plant a dark oak tree.

He later had the idea to build and open a convenience store in the Wilderness called WildStop. He placed it near the exhibit. This building still exists. Later, he built a headquarters for WildStop that now serves as a government office.

He then constructed an apartment building (the beige building visible near the right of the first image) and wanted to turn the area into a town. He talked to DK3458 who wanted to be its leader. People began to move in to the town. He then constructed more buildings.

The town had been griefed throughout that time, and eventually the town had no residents. SpaceHombre decided he needed to claim the land, so through loans and donations he claimed a large amount of land. He plans to renew the town to gain a large number of residents.

It was recognizable for its cuboid birch wood buildings. According to .CostcoRep2439, it was destroyed in 2024 by ko531, GER, and the 1008 Mafia.

Haven Valley was founded in May 2024 by .CostcoRep2439, who had previously constructed Anderella City. A few Haven Valley-style simple houses were built, as well as a larger house for lcn. Over time, more buildings were constructed, including an American-style shopping center containing a Haven Valley Hospital, "Philly Industries", and "Guzers". More shops were built there.

The town eventually expanded along a road with more simple homes being built along it. It was developed in a strangely vertical fashion, and players moved into the homes. An amphitheater was soon built.

Later, at the amphitheater, .CostcoRep2439 called all "victims of the mafia" to the amphitheater for a speech. After it turned violent, GER occupied Haven Valley, placing GER flags and claiming it was called "Yeet Valley". Many buildings were damaged, but GER eventually announced that they had left the town.

The player Semic created a tower that lasted a limited amount of time in the town.

When cheetahracer1 was held trial at the first Haven Valley Courthouse, Yeet_Boy suddenly came in, yelled "FREE CHEETAH", and shot all attendants. This led to a conflict in Haven Valley that led to more damage done to the town.

According to Haven Valley residents, during the first CFMR elections, which were held in a new courthouse, Yeet_Boy and Bepus destroyed part of a road as well as nearby houses and created a very small structure out of lavacast-created cobblestone with a map inside reading "vote Tusk". It was not possible to destroy.

Finally, after tensions arose, Haven Valley was completely destroyed (except for locked blocks), after the town of San Mateo had been constructed. Active residents all moved to [[San Mateo]]. The site was covered in trees at the request of .CostcoRep2439 because it was "better for defense".
