She is also known for her newspaper [[MSMBS News|''MSMBS News'']]. She formerly served as the [[President of the Senate|president]] of the [[33rd Senate]]. She co-founded the [[New Alliance]] with then-Representative [[Moyfr]] in August 2025, after leaving the [[Workers' Party of Redmont|Workers' Party Redmont]].

== Early life ==
Sofia2750 joined on 2 January 2025,<ref>{{Cite command|command=/about Sofia2750|date=21 December 2025}}</ref> one of many at the time in an event known as the [[Trolligarch wave]], in which many new players joined after DemocracyCraft was featured in a YouTube video. She soon became a lawyer and was hired at Wisdom and Wisdoms law firm on 5 January. During her time at the firm she often worked with [[JimmyGamer0911]]. She was contacted by [[Trolligarch]], who asked her to be his personal lawyer, having been in contact with each other previously. She then joined the Workers' Party of Redmont (WPR), a new left-wing party dominated by Trolligarchers.

Some time around Late March, Wisdom and Wisdoms shut down.

The town of '''Oakridge''' founded on 20 November 2022, is Redmont's lumber town. The town was founded by ''Zab'', who has since left the server. The town features a woodsy and forrested theme, extending across the entirety of the town. The town's location at 4170 74 1017 ([<nowiki/>[[Oakridge Town Hall|town hall]]) makes Oakridge directly north of [[Redmont]]’s capital, [[Reveille]]. Oakridge’s name was originally Oakridge Bay due to the fact that the town is situated next to a bay, however the name was shortened to simply Oakridge.

Oakridge was opened to the public on November 20th, 2020. The town’s popularity quickly grew, and on January 8th, 2021, Oakridge completed the town's first expansion. The expansion consisted of rentable stalls, a police station, a pharmacy, and a pier. A major change occured to the town on April 8th, 2021 making all drugs legal. This brought waves of new players and business owners to Oakridge due to the fact how selling drugs no longer required citizens to have a black market stall. ''Zab''’s leadership came to an end in June as he stepped down from his position as mayor. After ''Zab'' stepped down, Oakridge held its first mayoral election with voting closing on the 25th of June, 2021. [[1950minecrafter|1950Minecrafter]] came out on top, and was elected as Oakridge mayor.

Similar to other towns, the transition to [[Reveille]] damaged Oakridge's activity. Oakridge was almost entirely rebuilt when transferred to the new map, and went through several major structural changes in the process. Due to the large number of players leaving DemocracyCraft due to the transition, Oakridge had trouble rebuilding the town. After struggles upon struggles, Oakridge managed to transition to the new map.

Oakridge is mostly flat. The town is located next to a large mountain range that creates some unique elevation near the edges of the town. Oakridge is home to many large spruce trees and diverse vegetation.

Oakridge is mostly devoid of water, with the exception of a single lake. Oakridge is located near a bay, though the town does not own the land.

Oakridge sits mostly on a warm ocean biome despite being almost entirely land. This also includes the mountains that surround the town. The rich soil creates the perfect conditions for trees and vegetation.

Oakridge’s economy is centered around the logging industry. As such, Oakridge supplies Redmont with all types of wood and wood related products.

Oakridge is home to many interesting places, one of them being the [[Oakridge Stadium]] to the north. The stadium has a soccer field which, using the Blockball plugin, hosts soccer (football) matches, and has previously been used for tournaments such as the Super Cup. As such, the Super Cup has become a major part of Oakridge’s unique culture.

The town council consists of 7 members, the Mayor, Deputy mayor and the head of each office. Council elections are held every 2 months, while mayoral elections are held every 4 months.

Oakridge has many forms of transportation. A bus line runs throughout the town, stopping at nine stops underway: Town Hall, Oak Depot, the Airport, Eastlands Arsky Valley, Train Station, Seaside Promenade, Fairgrounds and Entertainment District.

Oakridge is also home to an [[Oakridge Airport|airport]]. Oakridge’s airport is incredibly small in comparison to other airstrips and airports in [[Redmont]].

Oakridge is also served by train. Oakridge’s train line runs between Reveille's station and [[Oakridge Train Station]], located north of the town.

She then joined the Workers' Party of Redmont (WPR), a new left-wing party dominated by Trolligarchers.

Following the introduction (and eventual retraction) of the DCT's fairness fee, 2 splinter parties formed from the Workers Party Redmont (WPR), 1 being the Left Opposition, the other being New Alliance. The fee had also created a large amount of drama outside of WPR, with it eventually leading to the resignation of [[Kaiserin]]<ref>https://discord.com/channels/673612908868927498/686158870435201035/1409279606992801893</ref>, making [[Juniperfig]] the 22nd President of Redmont.

As a result of internal party tensions, the RBP had a major fallout after the [[33rd Congress]]'s election in September, with senator [[DocTheory]] leaving due to the President of the Senate elections, with Representative [[Plura72]] leaving a few minutes later, to create the Labor Party Redmont, with Representative [[RealImza]] leaving as well, now exclusively being a New Alliance member.

This left both major parties in a weakened position, ahead of the October elections.

Having opened on the 19th September, the WPR primary will produce one of the 2 main contenders. The Pepe/Eenza ticket is overall considered the favourite to win, based on Eenza having a net approval of +49, and Pepecuu having a +55 net approval.

The primaries were won by the Pepecuu/Eenza ticket, to very few peoples surprise. The Campaign Server launched while Eenza was not available, and Pepecuu was asleep, resulting in a heavily broken campaign server at launch.

In the initial days of 2025, a wave of new players from the [[Trolligarch wave]] arrived in Redmont. These players, who were mostly left-leaning in numbers, grew left-wing parties such as the WPR and GER to a higher extent than centrist or right-wing parties like the Redmont Reform Party or the Patriotic Coalition of Redmont. Sofia2750, also known as Sofia, Sofija, and Juniper, is an independent senator, formerly from the [[Political parties|New Alliance]], a party she co founded with (then) Representative [[Moyfr]] in August 2025, after she left the Workers Party Redmont (WPR). She is also the owner of [[MSMBS News|MSMBS]], an openly biased newspaper, with employees like [[Pepecuu]], [[Robidemon2]], [[Vvirtue_]].

== Early Days ==
Having joined as a part of the [[Trolligarch wave]], having been credited in the video with an old alias, she started off running around the streets of redmont, hoarding vast amounts of bread, and calling herself a leach on the state. During this time she also became a lawyer, something that would unknowingly define the rest of her time on DC.

She was hired to the [[Wisdom and Wisdoms]] law firm, owned by [[Dearev]], where she worked on legal things with fellow employee [[JimmyGamer0911]]. Sofia was mainly active in the #legal chat at this time, with there being an incident where she came into a fight with [[AlexanderLove|Alexanderlove]], after calling him "Fucking Alexander". She was contacted by [[Trolligarch]] asking her to be his lawyer, due to previous contact. When the DC Short Part 1 and 2 released, she quickly decided that change had to be made, and therefore joined the Workers Party Redmont, as she felt that was the best party for it.

In the April 2025 Oakridge Council election, she had won the Oakridge Head of Residence election against [[Plura72]], where she described her main accomplishment as "reviving the department", with tens of auctions being done during this time, although in June 2025 she lost the job to [[Multiman55]], after 3 runoff elections due to ties, and wording in the Oakridge Constitution.

In April 2025, she also started [[MSMBS News]], a newspaper which was openly pro WPR, and knowingly reported dubious info, if it could mean more WPR voters.

It was also during this time, when Sofia began forming a close friendship with [[Vernicia]], who she often calls "sis".

Oakridge, founded on 20 November 2022, is Redmont's official lumber town. The town was founded by user ''Zab'', who has since left the server. Theme wise, Oakridge has a woodsy and forested theme which covers the entirety of the town’s surface. Located at 4170 74 1017 (location of town hall), Oakridge is directly north of Redmont’s capital, Reveille. Oakridge covers roughly '''x''' blocks and is made of over 99% of land. Oakridge’s name was originally Oakridge Bay named after the fact that the town is next to a bay, however the name was shortened to simply Oakridge.

On November 20th, 2020, Oakridge was opened to the public. The town’s popularity grew quickly and on the 8th of January, 2021, Oakridge’s first expansion happened. The expansion consisted of rentable stalls, a police station, a pharmacy, and a pier. One of Oakridge’s major changes happened on the 8th of April, 2021: All drugs were made legal. This brought waves of new players and business owners to Oakridge as now selling drugs did not require citizens to have a black market stall. ''Zab''’s leadership came to an end in June as he stepped down from his position as mayor. After ''Zab'' stepped down, Oakridge had its first mayoral election which ended on the 25th of June, 2021. At the end of the election, the next mayor of Oakridge, 1950Minecrafter, was elected.


=== Transition to Reveille ===

Like all towns, the transition to Reveille damaged the town’s activity. Oakridge was almost entirely rebuilt when being transferred to the new map and went through several major structure changes in the process. Due to the large number of players leaving DC due to the transition, Oakridge had trouble getting help rebuilding the town. However, after much struggle, Oakridge was able to get pasted onto the new map.

Oakridge is a largely flat town with a singular mountain dotted to the west. Oakridge is home to many large spruce trees and diverse vegetation. While Oakridge is mostly flat, it is located next to a large mountain range that creates some unique elevation near the edges of the town.

Due to being a lumber town, Oakridge is mostly devoid of water. With the exception of a singular lake, Oakridge has no water systems. However, Oakridge is located near a bay though it does not own the land.

Oakridge sits largely on a warm ocean biome despite being almost entirely land. This even includes the mountains that surround the town. Its rich soil creates the perfect conditions for trees and vegetation.

Oakridge’s economy centers around wood and forest related products such as apples and lumber. As such, Oakridge supplies Redmont with all types of wood and wood related products.

There are many interesting places to explore in Oakridge, one being the Oakridge Stadium to the north. The stadium is a massive soccer field which uses the blockball plugin to host soccer games and tournaments such as the Super Cup. As such, the Super Cup has become a major part of Oakridge’s unique culture.

Oakridge’s government consists of an elected Mayor, a Deputy Mayor, and an ever-changing amount of departments which include town council members. Departments are created and removed when needed (decided by the current Town Council and Approved by the Current Mayor). Town council members serve two month terms and must be re-elected at the end of each term if they choose to continue serving Oakridge. The Mayor and Deputy Mayor serves a 4 month term and must be re elected at the end of each term of they chose to continue serving Oakridge. No Mayor shall serve more than 2 consecutive terms.


== Transportation ==

Oakridge has many forms of transportation. A bus line runs throughout the town which contains nine bus stops: Town Hall, Oak depot, the Airport, Eastlands Arsky Valley, Train Station, Seaside Promenade, Fairgrounds and Entertainment District. Each bus ticket will cost the citizen $2.50. Oakridge is also home to an airport. Like all other airports, a ticket at Oakridge’s airport costs $2.50. Oakridge’s airport is incredibly small in comparison to other airstrips and airports in Redmont. The last way that citizens may get around Oakridge is via train. Oakridge’s train line runs between Reveille’s central business district and The Oakridge Train Station at the east of the town. Unlike other modes of transportation, using the train to go back and forth from Oakridge and Reveille is free of charge and expenses.

== Background ==
Following the introduction (and eventual retraction) of the DCT's fairness fee, 2 splinter parties formed from the Workers Party Redmont (WPR), 1 being the Left Opposition, the other being New Alliance. The fee had also created a large amount of drama outside of WPR, with it causing the resignation of [[Kaiserin]], making [[Juniperfig]] the 22nd President of Redmont.

As a result of internal party tensions, the RBP had a major fallout after the [[33rd Congress]]'s election in September, with senator [[DocTheory]] leaving due to the President of the Senate elections, with Representative [[Plura72]] leaving a few minutes later, to create the Labor Party Redmont, with Representative [[RealImza]] leaving as well, now exclusively being a New Alliance member.

This left both major parties in a weakened position, ahead of the October elections.
