Currently, there are two recognized caucuses: the Communist Caucus and the Democratic Socialist Caucus. The Democratic Socialist Caucus represents the majority of party members, though it is closely followed in membership by the Communist Caucus. These caucuses facilitate internal discourse and help shape the party's policy direction. From the founding of the WPR and until mid-February, the party had a third caucus; the Anarchist Caucus. However, following the departure of the sole member of the caucus, [[_ReDkA_]], from the party, the Anarchist Caucus was disbanded.

In addition to its leadership structure, the Party operates through three specialized committees, each tasked with executing key Party initiatives:
