Socialist People's Alliance was formed on 22 November 2025 by nechtoho and antonfr_. The party came about as an alternative to other left-wing parties.

The SPA gained 4 further members throughout the rest of the month, with members like [[PluraGlasshouse]] joining, and applied for official registration on December 4th the following month. The party was officially registered by the [[Department of State]] 4 days later, gaining support from eight non-members including President [[Pepecuu]].<ref name=":1" />

The Socialist People's Alliance was governed by the Board, two committees, and local branches in [[Aventura]] and [[Oakridge]]. The Board was the main governing body of the party with five members being elected for a single-month term. Once the board was elected, a majority would choose a chairperson and two deputy chairs. The SPA had a secretary to manage internal communications and recordkeeping, a spokesperson to manage external communications, a treasurer to ensure transparency when it comes to finances, fundraising and budgeting.<ref name=":2" />

The party's two committees were the Campaign Committee and the Policy Committee. The Campaign committee would handle the campaign for national elections and can help e.g. the local branches with campaigning in their areas. The Policy Committee would develop policies through a democratic process.<ref name=":2" />

In the [[29th Congress|January congressional elections]], the [[GER–WPR coalition]] achieved a majority in the [[House of Representatives]], and in the [[February 2025 presidential election]], its [[1950minecrafter February 2025 presidential campaign|joint ticket]] won, with the WPR's 1950minecrafter ascending to the presidency and the GER's Yeet_Boy, then-Mayor of Oakridge, to the vice presidency.

The town features a woodsy and forested theme, extending across the entirety of the town. The town's location at 4170 74 1017 ([[Oakridge Town Hall|town hall]]) makes Oakridge directly north of [[Redmont]]’s capital, [[Reveille]]. Oakridge’s name was originally Oakridge Bay due to the fact that the town is situated next to a bay though the name was later shortened to simply Oakridge.

Oakridge was opened to the public on November 20th, 2020. The town’s popularity quickly grew, and on January 8th, 2021, Oakridge completed the town's first expansion. The expansion consisted of rentable stalls, a police station, a pharmacy, and a pier. A major change occured to the town on April 8th, 2021 making all drugs legal. This brought waves of new players and business owners to Oakridge due to the fact how selling drugs no longer required citizens to have a black market stall. ''Zab''’s leadership came to an end in June as he stepped down from his position as mayor. After ''Zab'' stepped down, Oakridge held its first mayoral election with voting closing on the 25th of June, 2021. [[1950minecrafter|1950Minecrafter]] came out on top, and was elected as Oakridge mayor.

Similar to other towns, the transition to [[Reveille]] damaged Oakridge's activity. Oakridge was almost entirely rebuilt when transferred to the new map, and went through several major structural changes in the process. Due to the large number of players leaving DemocracyCraft due to the transition, Oakridge had trouble rebuilding the town. After struggles upon struggles, Oakridge managed to transition to the new map.

Council elections are held every 2 months, while mayoral elections are held every 4 months.

Oakridge has many forms of transportation. A bus line runs throughout the town, stopping at nine stops underway: Town Hall, Oak Depot, the Airport, Eastlands Arsky Valley, Train Station, Seaside Promenade, Fairgrounds and Entertainment District.

Oakridge is also home to an [[Oakridge Airport|airport]]. Oakridge’s airport is incredibly small in comparison to other airstrips and airports in [[Redmont]].

Oakridge was opened to the public on November 20th, 2020. The town’s popularity quickly grew, and on January 8th, 2021, Oakridge completed the town's first expansion. The expansion consisted of rentable stalls, a police station, a pharmacy, and a pier. A major change occured to the town on April 8th, 2021 making all drugs legal. This brought waves of new players and business owners to Oakridge due to the fact how selling drugs no longer required citizens to have a black market stall. ''Zab''’s leadership came to an end in June as he stepped down from his position as mayor. After ''Zab'' stepped down, Oakridge held its first mayoral election with voting closing on the 25th of June, 2021. [[1950minecrafter|1950Minecrafter]] came out on top, and was elected as Oakridge mayor.

Similar to other towns, the transition to [[Reveille]] damaged Oakridge's activity. Oakridge was almost entirely rebuilt when transferred to the new map, and went through several major structural changes in the process. After struggles upon struggles, Oakridge managed to transition to the new map.

In the [[29th Congress|January congressional elections]], the [[GER–WPR coalition]] achieved a majority in the [[House of Representatives]], and in the [[February 2025 presidential election]], its [[1950minecrafter February 2025 presidential campaign|joint ticket]] won, with the WPR's 1950minecrafter ascending to the presidency and the GER's Yeet_Boy, then-Mayor of Oakridge, to the vice presidency.
